Admission RequirementS

For normal applicants specifications

Qualifications of applicants
1. Applicants must hold a bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a GPA of not less than 2.50. Those who are studying in the last semester are able to apply but they need to show their graduation proof on the day of registration.
2. Applicants who apply for Plan A or Plan B are not required to have any work experience. 
3. Applicants for both plans must have good command of English and need to show their English scores of any of the following tests:
    A) Paper-based TOEFL score of at least 550
    B) Computer-Based TOEFL score of at least 213
    C) Internet-based TOEFL (iBT) score of at least 80
    D) IELTS score of at least 6.0
    E) CU-TEP score of at least 80
(Applicants who are or graduated from an English speaking country: Britain, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand do not need to show your English test score.)

 

For applicants with high capability to attend graduate course by special admission

Qualifications of applicants

2. Applicants are required to have at least 5 - year work experience and research work that is acceptable.
3. Applicants for both plans must have good command of English and need to show their English scores of any of the following tests:
    A) Paper-based TOEFL score of at least 550
    B) Computer-Based TOEFL score of at least 213
    C) Internet-based TOEFL (iBT) score of at least 80
    D) IELTS score of at least 6.0
    E) CU-TEP score of at least 80
(Applicants who are or graduated from an English speaking country: Britain, USA, Canada,Australia and New Zealand do not need to show your English test score.)
4. Applicants who have special qualifications accepted by the Southeast Asian Studies Program.

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Academic transcript
  • Curriculum vitae (CV)
  • TOEFL 550, IELTS 6.0 or CU-TEP 80 (minimum score) (Except student from an English-speaking country: Britain, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand)
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Proposed plan of study or research
  • Photocopy of identity card (for Thai students)
  • Photocopy of passport (for foreign students)

 

For Non-Degree Student
(Study only the course you are interested in; It should be noted that as lectures are conducted in English, applicant should be fluent in English.) Required Documents:

  • Photocopy of identity card (for Thai students)
